This notice is intended to cover the CurbHatch website, account surfaces, and platform workflows that link to it. A separate notice may be needed for a particular partner, employer, property owner, operator, payment flow, or third-party service.

This is a draft for attorney review and is not a final statement of CurbHatch’s legal obligations, data practices, or rights-request process. The legal entity that operates the service and the final effective date are still to be confirmed.

The public contact or qualified-interest workflow currently asks for information such as your name, email address, role, U.S. market, local jurisdiction, and property or portfolio context. The account workflow currently uses account information such as name, email address, and password.

When you use platform workflows, you may also provide operational records, property or operator details, vehicle or service information, documents, evidence, communications, selections, and other material needed for the workflow you choose. The final inventory of records, identifiers, device data, logs, and inferred information must be confirmed against the deployed product.

CurbHatch may receive information you send directly, information created through your use of the platform, and information supplied by an organization or another participant with authority to provide it. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share.

CurbHatch may use information to provide and secure the platform; create and display records; coordinate property, operator, and service workflows; respond to requests; communicate about the service; support accounts; process requested transactions; troubleshoot and improve the product; detect misuse; comply with applicable obligations; and protect CurbHatch, users, and others.

CurbHatch may combine information from related workflows when reasonably needed to provide the requested service, maintain accurate records, prevent abuse, or support authorized account and organization operations. The final purpose and legal-basis descriptions require counsel review.

CurbHatch may share information with people and organizations you authorize or involve in a workflow, with service providers that help operate the platform, and when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal process, safety, a business transfer, or another purpose permitted by applicable law.

This draft does not claim a final list of subprocessors, data locations, cross-border transfers, partner disclosures, or independent third-party practices. Those details must be inventoried and approved before this notice is relied on.

CurbHatch may retain information while it is needed for the workflow, account, business, security, dispute, legal, or operational purpose for which it was collected, and for any additional period required or permitted by law. This draft does not promise a fixed retention period or automatic deletion date.

CurbHatch uses reasonable safeguards appropriate to the service as operated, but no system, transmission, or storage method can be promised completely secure. Security controls, incident response, access practices, and any certification or audit claim must be confirmed; this draft does not claim a security certification.

The final cookie, session-storage, analytics, advertising, pixel, and similar-technology practices have not been fully confirmed for this draft. Before publication, CurbHatch must document what technologies are active, why they are used, how long they persist, which providers receive related data, and what choices are available.

Do not treat the existence of this section as a promise that CurbHatch does or does not use analytics, advertising technologies, or non-essential cookies. The owner and counsel must replace this reservation with an accurate description and any required consent mechanism.

The intended rights, identity-verification steps, response timing, appeal process, deletion and correction process, and any jurisdiction-specific disclosures or opt-outs have not been finalized.

CurbHatch’s age threshold, treatment of minors, and process for handling information relating to a child or minor require owner and attorney confirmation. Do not submit a minor’s information unless you have authority and the applicable workflow permits it.

CurbHatch may revise this notice as the service or applicable requirements change. The final notice should identify the effective date, revision date, notice method, and treatment of material changes.

Before final publication, confirm the legal entity and owner name, contact address or email, effective and revision dates, governing law and venue, age and minor policy, analytics and cookie behavior, retention and deletion practices, rights-request channel, subprocessors, and whether the copyright owner and year should differ from the CurbHatch brand.
